The Asus EEE Slate is a windows 7 operating system tablet that has the full functionality of a laptop.
The design of the slate is sleek, with it being less than one inch thick. The screen size is 12 inches making it quite large for a tablet.
The display panel is made with gorilla glass. This makes the tablet incredibly resilient against scratches, abrasions and scratches.

The tablet has both, capacitive and pen touch-sensing with the included Wacom stylus,
making it an excellent designer and artist tool. The screen is a touch screen but can
also be used with the digital pen for precise drawing.
This tablet is great for people who would rather write than type, as it can recognize
handwritten text, and then transfer it into typed text. Ideal if you write faster than
type. For long typing session, just connect to the supplied Bluetooth Qwerty keyboard and your all set to go.
When it comes to connectivity the Asus really shines. It is super fast for a tablet, thanks to the Intel Core i5-470UM processor.

Cons of the Asus EEE Slate
It would not be fair to do a review about the slate with out pointing out the Con’s.
Something that you need to be aware of is the storage space. It comes in 34GB and 64GB.
But half of the space will be taken up by windows 7 operation system.
There is no rear-facing camera
It has not been made to be a gaming tablet, but more of a productivity tablet. So if you want a tablet for gaming then this one may not be the one for you. That is not what it was built for.
The battery lasts between 2 to 5 hours before needing to be charged.
Taking all this into account I still think that the Asus EEE Slate is a incredibly powerful tablet.
